Possibly the most challenging environment any lighting engineer would do a design on. With a myriad colors and shades of the apparels and accessories that need to be presented in their true form, the mannequins both at the show window and the shop floor requiring precise shower of light, the varied show racks with a mixture of assortments running together, and above all the shiny floor mirroring the light glare… the lighting design for this format has to be meticulously done. The challenge is not only in understanding the complexities, but providing the right kind of fixtures and the right amount of light -at every square foot of the store.
