  • Must have a deep understanding on emerging trends and technology related to illumination and associated fields.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Managing the team on various accounting functions viz. payments, receipts, purchase, sales, expenses, banking etc.

  • Monthly, Quarterly, Annual finance and account reports,
    MIS, and executive inputs to the management.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Managing Income Tax and GST compliance for clients - This role provides an exciting opportunity for experienced, young, motivated Inter CA/Post Graduate/Graduate, to gain excellent exposure in Direct and Indirect Tax matters, position based in Mumbai

Under the Income-tax Act

  • TDS returns

  • Specified Financial Transactions (SFT) returns

  • Should be well versed with the Income-tax portal, and thorough in analysing 143(1) intimations and online rectification/response thereto

  • Should have a broad understanding of tax audit clauses.

  • Preparation and Filing of Form 15CA/CB etc.

Under the Goods and Services Tax Law:

  • Preparation and Filing of monthly GST Returns - GSTR-3B and GSTR-1

  • Meticulous in reviewing and matching the data provided by the client and in preparing accurate GST Returns

  • Preparation and Filing of Form GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C

  • Preparation and Filing of Letter of Undertaking

  • Should be well versed with the GST portal, including responding to Notices

  • ​

Other areas of work:

  • Drafting, filing and liaison with tax authorities for cases of refunds, rectification, appeal effect etc.

  • Should be well versed with accounting on commonly used accounting packages such as Tally.

PROFILE/SKILL/EXPERIENCE:

The candidate must be a Inter CA with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in corporate tax practice. Or Post Graduates/Graduates may apply only if they have exceptional  experience in the taxation field.
